Vocation Team for the Chicago – Detroit Province
Fr. Patrick Fairbanks, S.J. (Vocation Director)
Fr. Fairbanks serves as the overall Vocation Director for this area and will work more personally with men residing in Illinois and Northern Indiana. As the official Assistant to the provincial, he also collects the application materials for men who have discerned that a Jesuit vocation is in the near future and who are more actively engaged in the formal application process.
Fr. Glen Chun, S.J. (Vocation Promoter)
Fr. Chun works more personally with candidates and other men who are interested in a Jesuit vocation who live in Ohio, Kentucky and Central/Southern Indiana while serving as the vocation promoter for the overall CDT province. As vocation promoter, he helps to coordinate, encourage and support the work of the local vocation promoters located in most of the Jesuit communities and apostolic works.
Mr. Ryan Duns, S.J. (Area Promoter)

Ryan works at the University of Detroit Jesuit High School and Academy in Detroit and also serves as a local contact for men residing anywhere in Michigan. Ryan arranges for candidates and interested inquirers in Michigan to visit Jesuit communities and to meet other candidates.
